Bryan

Bryan is originally from Eastern Indonesia, Flores Island. He moved to Lombok after living in Bali for several years. He started his yoga journey in 2014 when he worked at one yoga studio in Bali. He began to teach yoga in 2016 because he found out that he was really passionate about sharing, connecting and supporting people through teaching yoga. Then he went to India in 2018 to deepen his spiritual practice and to complete his 200 hours yoga teacher training for a month.

He teaches yoga for all levels beginner to intermediate level. His teaching style is from active and dynamic yoga to restorative yoga such as vinyasa flow, hatta yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra, aerial yoga and thai yoga massage. He is happy to connect with many people from around the world, to bring them peace, harmony and balance in his classes.

Ingeborg

Ingeborg Leonoor is a Reiki Master and Breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for guiding others back to their inner wisdom. Her journey took her across the world, but it was in Indonesia where she truly reconnected with the power of energy and breath. Reiki and Breathwork found Ingeborg during a transformative time, revealing how the body holds emotions and how awareness brings deep clarity.

Now based in Lombok, Ingeborg holds space with warmth, intuition, and an open heart. She believes in slowing down, listening to the body’s wisdom, and surrendering to the flow of life. Whether seeking clarity, emotional release, or deeper self-connection, she welcomes you to explore this journey together.

Val

Val has been practicing yoga since 2018 and began teaching over 1.5 years ago offering ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga. Additionally, Val offers sound healing and vibrational massages designed to nurture the body, mind and soul. Her approach to yoga is rooted in honoring that each individuals body is unique.

Through mindful movement, intentional breath, and meditation, she fosters a welcoming space for healing, connection, and growth. You can e asses to be both grounding and uplifting, blending alignment with exploration to meet the needs of beginners and practitioners. Her classes are crafted with purposeful and aligned movement to cultivate deeper self-awareness and clarity.

Val invites you to step onto the mat with an open heart and explore the transformative power of yoga and discover your dharma.

Charlotte

Charlotte’s yoga journey started about eight years ago, when she was working as a lawyer and dealing with a huge amount of pressure. She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2022 in Bali, and progressing with her 300hr training in India and gained comprehensive teaching experience by offering yoga classes all around the globe from Australia, to Sri Lanka, Nicaragua, India and now Indonesia.

She recently trained as a hypnotic Breathwork facilitator in order to bring another dimension to her yoga classes as she believes that yoga is so much more than a physical practice. Charlotte aims to share all the magic of practicing yoga with as many people as possible, especially those dealing with daily struggles of stress, work overload, overthinking, and hypersensitivity.
